The last time I updated was when I was nearly 18 and now I've been 18 for a few months and my life has been okay [I like to think that but I don't think so]. I really need to learn to keep to my promises and continue fulfilling them because I tend to stop or give up on everything. I think that's the hardest thing I have to break.
I'm basically giving a brief outline of the months that past from the February.
I said I was going to the gym but didn't go after the 7-day trial because I'm lazy(?). I always fill like I can lose weight without spending so much money. Once university starts, I know I won't be able to go because I'll be so busy.
My 18th birthday was a great day. I had so much fun spending it with family and friends. However I will never throw a huge party EVER again. The amount of stress I went through was ridiculous and other people thought their opinion mattered when it's not even their event... like plz. The relationship with my mother got worse during that time because we argued all.the.freaking.time. like no tomorrow about EVERYTHING omg. In the end, all that mattered was I had fun and my first alcoholic drink!
University... how do I even start with that? It is certainly different to high school and the atmosphere is much more easy going; you don't even need to attend lectures if you don't want to. The first semester is done and I don't even know what I'm feeling. I know I failed CBG but I still want to think I passed but LOL no, I failed that final exam and it was 40%, so if I didn't even 40% in that exam, I failed the whole subject which is stupid. I'm just excited for next semester because I have new ideas to study and prepare notes. I don't want a repeat of this semester EVER again.
CNBLUE: They came to Sydney and Melbourne for their world tour and I'm so happy I was able to attend. I went with a friend and we legit bought tickets for the concert the night before. We were lucky as there weren't many tickets left. CNBLUE are amazing live. Everything about time was amazing, their vocals, their instruments, their comments in english. But what spoiled the mood was the organisation... WORST ORGANISATION EVER o m g. No words can describe how shit it was. They opened the door THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE the concert started and expected 3000+ people to get inside in time. People legit missed out on the half concert. LEGIT HALF THE CONCERT. I was lucky enough to just make it to the end of the intro video and CNBLUE just came out. Also, there was only ONE line FOR EVERYONE. like o m g. VIP, GA and seating in ONE LINE going for kilometers and into really shady areas with no lighting and security. Some bad events could have happened. Might I add, the staff from JK Entertainment and Big Top were so rude, omg. They made everyone RUN in the RAIN. RUNNING.INTHE.RAIN. SERIOUSLY? and they were screaming at everyone. Like plz, you have no right to scream at me... I have been waiting outside for 3+ hours so don't tell me to hurry up. Hopefully they learn from their stupid, horrible mistakes and make sure it never happens again. I swear all the shit stuff happens at kpop concerts.
CLUBBING: I went for the first time EVER so I've lost my 'clubbing virginity' as they like to call it. It was for a my best friend's 21st birthday! I had a great time. I don't think I've stepped on so much alcohol in my life. Dancing was so fun! I don't think I would wear really high heels ever again to go clubbing. Before going to the club, we went to a bar and sat around and listened to music and people drank. I didn't drink a lot. I only had one drink and it was okay.
I guess I always blog whenever I feel troubled or when I have a few problems in my life... I feel like the relationship between my mother and I is getting worst. I've been on holidays for a week and I have around a month to go and I've been getting mad at her so many times BUT it's not even my fault(?). I asked my mother to go clubbing with my friends and she said no and I understood her... She fears for my safety and such HOWEVER, when I asked her if I could go out to eat dinner with my friends; the same ones I might add, she said no.. and I didn't even understand? What is so wrong with eating out with friends? Nothing reckless is going to happen and I feel like I am a really good, well-behaved daughter. What makes me mad the most is that she has no trust in me!! I never had alcohol until I was 18. Whenever it was someone's birthday, all my friends would drink and I'll be the only one to wouldn't because one; I didn't want to disappoint my mum and two; it's against the law. Like my mum could not have a better than daughter than me. I've made her proud by studying and getting into university and when she told me to not get a boyfriend, I would've and I've hurt someones hurt as well as my own because I didn't want to disappoint her and be considered as a bad daughter to her. I don't even know where this is going but I'm mad at the lack of trust she has in me. I can look after myself... hell, I don't even go out as much as I want, We've been arguing a lot for the past few days and I'm sick of the holidays and I just want to get back to university so I don't have to see my mum all the time.
I hope I will go out more before the holiday is over, catching with my friends and I hope the relationship between my mother and I will get better...
I think I'm getting sick omg. My throat hurts. Scratch that, I AM SICK. f m l.
So, keep on rocking bloggers,
Love Jen. xo.
